Warsaw Corporate Center stands as a premier class A office facility, providing approximately 6,000 m2 of leasable space. Located in the heart of Warsaw, it represents the first American investment in Poland since the opening of borders.

GerPlan undertook the responsibility of modernising the building's systems to ensure a high standard aligning with safety regulations and delivering optimal working comfort. Fit-out works encompassing an area of approximately 6,000 m2 were carried out in subsequent stages.
