Scope of services

• Designing the redevelopment of public spaces on the ground floor and first floor of the hotel, encompassing the entrance hall, reception area, two hotel restaurants with a bar, and the lobby (sanitary and electrical systems).
• Developing execution design for sanitary systems within hotel rooms.
• Creating building permit design and executive design for the redevelopment of a section of the +9 floor into an executive lounge zone (sanitary and electrical systems).
