The project entailed the expansion of the production complex for a corrugated board factory, incorporating an additional production and warehouse building. This new facility, named PW14, integrates essential social, office, and technical amenities, strategically linked to the picking zone in the form of a high-bay warehouse, forming a cohesive functional and spatial zone.

Moreover, PW14 will be seamlessly connected to the existing PW7 production plant via an underground tunnel, with plans for an above-ground connector facilitating product transportation to the neighboring Gatner Packaging packaging production plant.

Scope of services

• Comprehensive design documentation (concept design, building permit design, two replacement building designs, tender and executive design) and author's supervision.
• Furthermore, we developed a Project Information Card (KIP) and piloted the procedure for obtaining a Decision on Environmental Conditions.
• Concurrently, we coordinated the modification of the local development plan to accommodate the construction of the High Storage Warehouse.
