Established in 2006, project office under the name ZWP sp. z o.o. adopted in 2010 current name GerPlan sp. z o.o.

The company is a part of a group of companies which also includes cmT Ltd. and GerProp Sp. z o.o.
Design company GerPlan Sp. z o.o. deals with the design of technical and electrical installations.

In 2011, we set up a new unit, which deals with the design of communication as well as roads and design for major infrastructure.

In cooperation with cmT we offer comprehensive investment projects - from the design phase through the preparation of tender documents, tendering process and selection of the Contractor / Contractors for the project management in Project Management and Construction Management system, to obtain permission to usage and transfer the object to the Investor.
